Ann-Marie Archer, Founder & CEO

Ann-Marie ArcherAnn-Marie Archer is founder and president of Archer & Associates and a long-time member of the Pacific Northwest Business community with over 20 years of experience in consulting, sales, management, and team building. At Archer & Associates, she is passionate about the strong relationships she builds with her clients and candidates. This means everything from providing career counseling to managing a board of director's expectations. Just as importantly, she understands what company leaders need to execute their long-term strategies, and how their own success is measured - from the executive's charter to return on investment.

Prior to founding Archer & Associates, she served as business manager for the highly respected BEST Consulting, where she recruited and managed consulting professionals and internal staff, hiring more than 400 individuals over a seven year period. After BEST Consulting, she became the Director of Business Development for Inteliant, where she consistently surpassed multi-million dollar business development targets.

Additionally, Ms. Archer worked at Microsoft through the Ascentium Corporation. The Microsoft experience was critical to the success of her subsequent engagements with numerous start ups whose founding teams were formed from the Microsoft environment. She has also developed, launched, and cultivated on-site consulting and staffing practices for Fortune 1000 Corporations.

Ann-Marie Archer brings recruiting and HR best practices to her clients to ensure the end result is a best-in-class organization, hiring and building successful teams with efficiency and cost-effectiveness. It is this knowledgeable and personalized approach that enables Ms. Archer to successfully meet the strategic staffing needs of her clients while contributing to the success of everyone involved.

Ms. Archer earned a B.A. in English Literature from Western Washington University. In 2008 she was an esteemed winner of the Make Mine a Million $ Business competition.

Lisa Muller, PHR, Recruiting Operations Manager

Lisa MullerMs. Muller brings a broad range of experience in professional and college recruiting, human resource management and program coordination to Archer & Associates. Her background includes managing the MBA and college intern program at Washington Mutual, attorney and college recruiting at Foster, Pepper & Shefelman, PLLC, and developing and delivering employment training and counseling to dislocated workers for King County.

Additionally, Ms. Muller's 8 year tenure in the healthcare industry included acting as program manager to Swedish Medical Center's Hospice program; developing and implementing a course on death and dying for the UW Medical School; and creating groundbreaking "comfort therapy" programs that have been emulated on a national level.

Ms. Muller has a strong background in strategic planning and assessment in recruiting programs and has developed customized interview and candidate assessment for clients. She is particularly skilled in coaching managers through the recruiting and on-boarding process and is frequently praised for her open and honest communication skills and professionalism in her work.

In her spare time, Lisa is a committed volunteer with the Seattle Humane Society, helping the community find their perfect canine or feline companion.

Ms. Muller has her B.S. Degree in Political Science and has earned her Professional Certification in Human Resources.

Cheri Hoggard, Executive Assistant to the President / Office Manager

Cheri HoggardMs. Hoggard is a consummate professional with more than 10 years of administrative experience, ranging from Executive Assistant to Office Manager.

Prior to joining Archer & Associates, she was the Office Manager at Westfire Coastal, Inc, where she coordinated project and service contracts, provided sales support, and managed new employee paperwork and benefits, as well as many other tasks.

She is responsible for maintaining the president's calendar, scheduling candidates for client interviews, maintaining reports and internal databases, and client and project research. Her knack for organization, ability to learn new tasks quickly, and creative problem solving keep her in constant motion at Archer & Associates.

Ms Hoggard earned a B.A. in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing from Western Washington University.

Mary Anderson, SPHR, Senior Recruiting Consultant

Mary AndersonMs. Anderson brings more than 15 years of successful experience in training, coaching, organizational development, human resources, and recruiting to Archer & Associates. Prior to joining the company, she was the Regional Human Resources Manager for Seattle-based Guy Carpenter/Marsh & McLennan, a financial services subsidiary with 2,200 employees worldwide.

She has also worked with executives from a wide variety of industries, including technology, health care, manufacturing, retail, and financial services. Her clients appreciate her creative energy, dedication to achieving results, pragmatic optimism, and sense of humor.

Ms. Anderson earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington, and an M.A. in Counseling from UW as well.

 
Staci Zenonian, Senior Recruiting Consultant

With more than 13 years in technology, Ms. Zenonian provides a powerful combination of technical recruiting expertise and industry knowledge. Prior to joining Archer & Associates, she specialized in recruiting high-level technical talent for Impinj, digiMine, Rivals.com, and Microsoft. Ms. Zenonian has earned her reputation as a top-notch recruiter by understanding the needs of her clients, conducting thorough candidate research, and accurately assessing candidate skill levels. She takes great pride in finding exceptional people who make significant contributions to the continued success of her client companies. Ms. Zenonian earned a B.A. in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing and Communications from Western Washington University.

 
Ellen Schroeter, Senior Recruiting Consultant

Ms. Schroeter has recruited in industries as diverse as banking and finance, telecom, and sales. For over 15 years she has worked in recruiting management, operations and excellence (process redesign) in companies such as Washington Mutual, BEST Consulting (now COMSYS) and Houser Martin Morris. She brings a broad base of knowledge in research & sourcing and significant experience in recruiting IT professionals.

A native of Spokane, Washington, Ms. Schroeter earned her Bachelor's degree from Washington State University. She now resides in Issaquah with her husband and twin boys.

 
Maria Curry, Senior Recruiting Consultant

Maria CurryMs. Curry brings nine years of recruiting and sourcing experience from industry leading technology companies including Microsoft and Google. Most recently, Maria identified and recruited talented software engineers and inspired technical leaders into Google's Partner Solutions Organization. Prior to Google, she spent 8 years recruiting for product management, marketing and strategic business development at all levels and across all divisions of Microsoft. Maria works closely with hiring managers and staffing teams to understand a company's business, technical and cultural requirements, then applies creative and strategic sourcing strategies that deliver top-quality candidates and build exceptional teams.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from Rutgers University.

 
Ann Wendell, Research & Information Expert

Ann WendellMs. Wendell is a Research and Information Expert who brings over 20 years of experience in knowledge management, recruiting and career development, marketing, and business development to her role at Archer & Associates. She is dedicated to finding information, turning that information into knowledge, and using the power of knowledge to guide companies in their strategic goals.

Her specialty is competitive intelligence research and analysis which enables her to add tremendous value in sourcing and candidate development. She also has a proven ability to develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies as well as employer branding and positioning for companies in all stages of development, integrating these with a company's business goals. Her love of networking, both online and face-to-face, has been greatly enhanced by her expertise in social media, networks, and software tools and allows her to effectively develop and nurture relationships with clients, candidates, and strategic partners.

Ms. Wendell is also a published author, specializing in local history. Her next book will be available in December. In her spare time she finds time to attend her children's endless sporting events, watch way too many movies with her husband, support her bookstore habit, and is hard at work writing the archetypal Seattle novel.

Ms. Wendell earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington.

 
Trish Krumm, Sales Administrator

Ms. Krumm brings 25 years of corporate experience focused on customer service, sales, marketing and communications. As Sales Administrator at Archer & Associate, Ms. Krumm supports the sales efforts by improving and developing processes geared to giving our customers the high quality and high touch service they've come to expect.

Prior to joining Archer & Associates, Ms. Krumm retired from TQ3Navigant, a global travel management company. Her 20-plus year career at TQ3Navigant included overseeing the Pacific Northwest account management team; developing and deploying customer communications, education and incentive programs; and supporting the new sales and existing customer growth efforts with materials and events.

Ms. Krumm is a graduate of the University of Washington and completed course work at L'Universite d'Haute Bretagne in Rennes, France.
